Even fairies need clear instructions to make sure they get their magic right. Unfortunately, speaking on the phone crucial details can get lost, and the card won’t quite be what you wanted. This is why we take all orders via e-mail [email protected]; send us your stories with every conceivable detail, don’t worry about it being too long, we will make sure all your efforts pay off with an unforgettable card.

Come to our studio at Mirvarid Dilbazi 16a, Passaj 1901, 2nd floor, Monday to Friday 10-6pm and we guarantee, you won’t leave empty handed. Base prices are always indicated on each product’s page.
Personalized cards are completed in 3-4 of receiving the order.
Albums and photocollages are completed in 7-14 business days.
As communication and confirmation of the card or gift can take a couple of days, it is optimal to add two days to all of the above.

Would you have found out about Ninka Cards if you did not encounter one of our creations? Would you then develop a desire to gift someone a card from Ninka if you never saw how our work looks? Exactly! in the modern world even fairies need advertising, so we would appreciate it if you would allow us to share our work with the world.
We can send all of our products, excluding photo galleries, to any part of the world. Shipping details and costs will be discussed on a case by case basis.
Delivery within Baku can be arranged for an additional fee that will depend on our location. However, you can pick up all orders during work hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 to 19:00) from our studio at Nigar Rafibayli st 12/14, Passaj 1901, 2nd floor. Make sure you notify us in advance via email or Instagram so we can welcome you.
Most of what we do has the magical touch of our fairies, meaning 70% of each card and album consists of hand-made elements. There is no way for us to include their magical touch in a draft, so we make it a rule not to share unfinished business, it upsets the fairies as well as the clients. Just give us as much details as possible about your vision, tell us your story not missing anything and trust us. We faithfully promise, the fairies won’t let you down, our numerous satisfied clients will confirm.
You pay when you receive the order.
In the event of an order for a custom gift that we do not offer, we require a pre-payment of 50% of the total order value.
